Registered Dietitian

Crysta was born in Houston, TX but grew up overseas in Saudi Arabia and has recently moved back to Houston.

She completed her undergraduate studies in nutrition at Texas State University in San Marcos, then went on to complete her dietetic internship and Master’s Degree in Nutrition at Texas Woman’s University in the Texas Medical Center in Houston.

Crysta’s nutrition consults focus on both dietary and lifestyle approaches to educate on weight management, diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, and chronic kidney disease.
