As you may know from our announcement last month, PrimeCare Medical Group recently joined WellMed. This change will better prepare us for the future and improve the way we deliver care to our patients. You will see changes to our clinic as we make this transition. These changes will help us focus on the specific needs of our patients.
One of the changes is to our patient portal.
First, what’s not changing: We will continue to use the Healow app as our patient portal. The portal has the same features, including request appointments, messaging, and view lab results, immunization records and referral history. Access to the WellMed portal became available on October 10, 2022.
If you have used our system before, the transition should be easy. However, you will need to change the clinic name from PrimeCare to WellMed in the Healow app.
